Nonsense. Our site is completely free. Your premium account is with a file hosting service like raidgater or uploading.com, NOT with us! Contact the support team of the file hosting service you’ve subscribed to.

How can I read your books on my Kindle (iPad, Nook, etc.)?

Our site only contains links. You need to download the file the link points to and check its format. If it’s in .zip or .rar format, use the free 7ZIP program to unzip (unrar) the file. Then, inspect the unzipped file(s), which may be in various formats. Consult your device manual to convert the file if needed and upload it to your device.

Is it legal to download books from your site?

This depends on the country you live in. Seek advice from a local lawyer.

How can I download for free?

Each file hosting service has its own interface. Learn it carefully to find buttons like “Free download," “Slow download," etc. You may also need to wait and complete a captcha. There may be pop-up windows and features designed to prompt you to purchase a premium account.

I have uploaded a book. Where is it?

Your book should appear on the main page. If not, check the Quarantine, Wanted, or Expired sections. If it’s still missing, it may have been deleted due to rule violations or copyright holder requests.

Novafile.com displays the message: “This file can only be downloaded by premium members." The first 100 downloads are free, after which the file is available to premium members only. The decision to refresh the file rests with the uploader, so don’t report it as free downloads have already been provided.
